My roommate from school, Steph, came to visit me this weekend. She's currently studying abroad in London so she's only a chunnel ride away. We did a lot of walking the 1st day she came with her friends (Friday) - We went to Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, Bertillion (the famous ice cream place on Ile-St.Louis, and St. Germain-des-Pres. On Saturday we went to the Louvre, walked through the Tuileries and down the Champs-Elysees to the Arc, then down rue Faubourg St. Honore to see the Palais de l'Elysee (the French White House), Place Vendome and Place de la Madeleine. Then we ended the weekend of sightseeing with a trip to the Eiffel Tower.
