The plaza gets more lively at night with street performers and tourists. You can get fresh fruit, food and artisan work for good prices. It's a little tiring because everything requires you to join the bargaining game. However, 4 glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice for 3 dirhams TOTAL (about 30 cents) is quite the good deal not needing any negotiations : )
