Leslie and my large "fish special" = 7 whole fish and multiple fried anchovies...
Last weekend was the last one in a long time that all my friends in Paris and I would be together because of trips and/or work commitments. Therefore we decided to go out to dinner at a Lebanese restaurant Feyrouz by Leslie and Alice's homestay. It was always packed so we figure it would be worth trying.
Leslie and I were in the mood for some fish, so the waiter recommended we share the "special"...turns out they bring out this gigantic platter (seen above). We could help but laugh and what we had got ourselves into. We could not finish it all but at least we learned our lesson!
At the end of the meal we were all stuffed but the waiter brings out a plate filled with a variety of desserts - including 5 varieties of baklavah (my favorite!). On top of that, it was complementary, so naturally we couldn't resist. By the end of our meal we were too full to go out so we called it a night and watched a movie Leslie and Alices around the corner.
